The beds were comfortable, and cleanliness was acceptable. The location is excellent in a pedestrian area, with a separate entrance. There are a few facility problems: the Wi-Fi doesn’t work, the sink is clogged, and the bathroom mirror light is broken. You can park fairly close; if not, the apartments offer parking at a reasonable price.

Service was excellent, with staff always attentive and ready to help. The apartment was generally comfortable and well equipped, and the location in the heart of Mérida made it easy to reach the sights. Sleeping was difficult, though, because street noise carried at night on weekdays and weekends. I also noticed a strong, unpleasant smell when the kitchen tap ran, and some white hairs in the bedroom, probably left by a previous pet.

We’ll definitely come back with the family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the heating was just right. Everything was spotless, the apartments had all the amenities, and the service and attention were exquisite. Cafes are right next door, and the central location puts everything within easy reach. A wonderful stay, top marks to the apartment management and staff!
