We really liked the old-fashioned look of the hallway, and the apartment itself was stylish, cozy, and very clean. It had everything we needed. There’s free parking in front of the building, and while it isn’t right in the center, the walk there takes about 10-15 minutes. We had a very positive stay.

I accidentally booked the night before on a booking website that I found confusing. I contacted the property straight away, but they still charged me the full amount. They showed no empathy and offered no help. Booking had sent a free cancellation request that they could have accepted, but they ignored the requests and charged me even though they knew I couldn’t be there that day. It felt mean, and it seems this has happened before, so be careful before doing business with them.

We had a large terrace to sit outside, and the apartments are spacious and close to everything. They’re fully equipped, and there’s parking underneath for an extra cost.

Being able to park in the building and come up to the rooms from the garage was especially convenient. Entry was straightforward with a code and a physical key, and the team paid attention to everything from the start. We were three and had a huge living room and kitchen, a large bedroom and bathroom, plus a terrace looking over the rooftops. The place was clean and tidy, with everything we needed to relax. Suites Roma is only a few minutes’ walk from the city center, yet it was peaceful and restful. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. This is the place.
