It's generally good for the price, and the people there were nice. Water ran down the bathroom window and left all my clothes wet, with the room feeling really humid. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, though the room itself didn't.

Merida is full of history, and the people are very friendly. We spent two nights here on a bicycle tour, and the cinema-themed decor made the hotel a real experience. The staff were excellent, everything was spotlessly clean, and it was great value. They have an arrangement with a car park just around the corner where bicycles can be stored safely and securely. I'd highly recommend both the hotel and the city.

Parking was just around the corner, and I paid 11€ for it. The rooms were good and suited our visit well. We had a nice stay here.

Breakfast wasn't great. It was served next door, not by the hotel, and the owner was brief and, in my opinion, not very pleasant. The lady helping us at checkout was really sweet and spoke english, and a very handsome young lad helped us earlier. He was really gentil. The rooms were very clean and the shower was good. Parking Cervantes near hotel is available for 11 eur a day. The location is perfect, at the start of the beautiful center of Merida, and we really liked the cool filmdecoration. Check it perfect.

The reception was incredible, and I was treated like a friend rather than just a guest. An absolutely unique hotel, the best.
