The apartment itself left a lot to be desired. The bedrooms were unbearably hot, the sofa beds so uncomfortable they left our necks and backs aching, and the living-room air conditioner leaked badly. Getting parking sorted out was also a mess. Five friends and I were there for the weekend, and a couple of weeks before booking we called to check that the garage in the Booking.com ad could fit our five motorcycles. They said yes, no problem, and asked for all the license plate numbers. The day before we arrived, they said three bikes would go in one public garage and two in another. But at the first garage, we were told only one could fit. We called, and they sorted it out, but it seemed they wanted us to fit three motorcycles with just one registered, a trick they hadn't mentioned. The other two bikes sent to the second garage still had to pay. Paying wasn't the issue, they just hadn't warned us about the fee after saying there'd be no problem. Between the shady business with license plates and vouchers that come and go, this isn't somewhere we'd return to.

We were given excellent service, and they answered any questions straight away. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and full of natural light, with great value for money. Its location practically in the city center makes the free parking a great bonus.

We were traveling with four children, and there was no water. Imagine trying to manage with kids aged 7, 8, 9, and 12 without water! The owner didn't help, despite our speaking to him at least three times. He was on vacation at the beach, and they never came or offered a solution. The apartment was filthy too. Look at the socks in the last photo after just a minute of walking around. I assure you it hadn't been cleaned before the COVID-19 crisis, and the welcome cakes had expired at the beginning of March 2020. We booked two nights, stayed only one, and still paid the full price for both. We spent the second night in another hotel. Please, never again. Cruelty and greed know no bounds.

The sheets looked poorly washed, and the bedding had been tossed haphazardly into the closets. The place was dirty and poorly maintained. No one greets you since everything is handled by phone, and there's no air conditioning in the bedrooms.

The owner responded terribly, and Booking.com was even worse. The place was filthy, and the building's water was cut off. Don't book with them or use Booking.com.
