The price seemed fair for what the hotel offers, and the reception staff were very helpful. But I had a bad experience with a watch I left on the bedside table beside the bathroom. My boyfriend called the hotel, but the watch wasn't there, or it hadn't been handed in by whoever cleaned the room. I stayed one night, checked in on the 27th and checked out on the 28th. We called around 3:30PM on the 28th. My boyfriend asked to speak to the administration and requested the administration email, but we never received anything.

We walked everywhere from this hotel in the heart of town. By 11pm it was quiet both outside and inside, and we were very happy with our stay. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the shower was nicer than the one at my home. The staff were friendly and spoke enough English for us to communicate just fine. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The room was spacious, with a very pleasant front balcony, and we had a fantastic stay at this super central hotel in Mérida. The reception gentleman was very friendly and helpful, thank you very much. Breakfast is the one thing I'd improve.

We'd definitely stay again. On our Camino break, the location made it easy to reach all the main sights and a good choice of bars and restaurants. We chose a room away from the street for a quiet night, and it was spacious, well kept and had effective aircon. Nieves and Alejandro were really helpful with standard tourist tips and some less usual things too. They confirmed a later night at rural accommodation when my Spanish wasn't strong enough, arranged a 6am taxi so we could pick up our walk at the edge of town, and helped find the driver when we left our guide book in the taxi. We felt the price was fair for a 2star hotel in the heart of the sights, compared with pricier places around.

Clean rooms, friendly service and an exceptional location make it good value. Breakfast is available, though not great. The only issue for us was the smell from the drains, which filled our room with an unpleasant odor.
