Hotel Balneario Baños da Brea

I had some doubts about the spa IMSERSO chose because it felt isolated, but after staying there I really came to appreciate its small size and the personal atmosphere. The staff were always attentive, sorted out any problems with a smile, and made the service excellent. It was ideal for relaxing, and the food was very good. The area around it is lovely too, with short walks of about 2 hours that reception explains really well.

Baños de Brea was such a lovely place to stay. It felt warm and family-like, and the workers were incredibly kind, always ready to sort out whatever was needed, like getting a plug adapter.

A quiet spot to switch off and unwind. The service is friendly, and the homemade food is very good.

I really liked the family atmosphere at Baños de Brea. Sharing a table with other guests who'd chosen the same destination can lead to new friendships, and makes the meals and conversations after dinner much more enjoyable. The spa gives baths based on each person's needs and doctor's prescription, and the staff are friendly and helpful, so everything goes smoothly. The massages are excellent as well. The spa team is especially welcoming and attentive. It's an experience I'll definitely repeat. The area is beautiful, with impressive monuments and scenery to discover while you're there. Be sure to see the Carboeiro Monastery, the Toxa waterfall, the baths in the Deza River, and other places.
