The area is lovely and close to the beach, and the building has nine apartments across three floors. But we booked a two-room apartment without any way to choose the floor. The listing showed a nice sea view taken from the third floor, but we were put on the ground floor. Instead of looking out at the beach, the balcony faced an ugly garden full of mosquitoes. We couldn't sit out there for more than five minutes, and I've never had so many bites as during our stay. The bedroom window faced the parking lot, right under the stairs from the upper floors, so it was noisy and never quiet. With the window shut it got hot, and there was no air conditioning or ventilation. The kitchen shelves were new, but the equipment was old and impractical. There was no washing machine or microwave. The free Wi-Fi worked for only six days, then stopped. We told the facility manager, but nothing was done to fix it. When we were leaving, the manager arrived two hours late, so we set off for the long drive home two hours behind schedule. Never again in this apartment.

I really enjoyed staying here and would happily return. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed, including plenty of dishes, a coffee machine, and dish soap and a sponge. There was also a good hairdryer in the bathroom. It's right by the sea, as described, and I got to watch the sunrise over the water from the balcony each morning. Linda was very pleasant to deal with about picking up the key.

The view was magnificent, especially the sunrise over the sea and the little coves, but we couldn't enjoy our holiday in peace. The two-storey building has paper-thin walls, and the noise from badly behaved German tourists and their children really spoiled our stay. They seemed to care more about their own comfort than the other guests. Such a shame.

We had a good holiday, with shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is right on the waterfront, and you can cross the street to get to a cove and the beach. There's also a shower in the parking lot, handy after a day by the water. Gabino was very friendly, and the welcome and cleanliness deserve five stars. Linda was more formal but perfectly polite. The apartment itself was adequate, though minimal and a little dated: only two dinner plates, one serving dish, and two electric burners. There was no washing machine, dishwasher, or air conditioning. The bedroom faced the outside corridors, and the thin walls meant noisy neighbors could be a problem.
