Posada Lunada

Posada Lunada has that rare mix of very professional management and a real sense of love for the place. Javier and his team clearly care about their work, and it shows in everything: the spotless rooms, neatly made beds, beautiful breakfast tables, tasty picture-perfect food, and the genuine friendliness of the staff. Javier's hospitality was especially lovely. He put together a three-day plan for us without being asked, with restaurants, beaches, and sights to visit, and every recommendation was spot on. The whole accommodation, from the rooms to the living and breakfast rooms, looked like it belonged in Architectural Digest. We've stayed in plenty of hotels and B&Bs, so that difference stood out. We felt right at home thanks to the hosts' warm welcome, and breakfast was fresh and nicely prepared. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the Posada is peaceful and charming, with stunning views. It's a little remote, but ideal if you want to unwind somewhere quiet.

Javier was a pleasure to meet and shared some great places for food and things to see. The little place is gorgeous, and breakfast was filling with plenty of options. You'll need a car to get around because it's secluded, though there are lovely local walks nearby. We loved our stay.

Javier was on top of everything and kindly adjusted breakfast timing when needed. The breakfast was simple but high quality. Our room was spotless every day, with fresh linens, and the hotel itself is beautiful, with superb views of the snow-capped mountains and river. A wonderful stay, and we'll definitely return.
