Casa Rural Peñamora

Ignacio made things so easy for us and was really attentive throughout. We loved the quiet setting, and there’s another town nearby with everything you need and great food. The house itself is lovely, spacious, and comfortable.

We had a great time visiting Ignacio's vegetable garden, and thanks to Ignacio and Manoli for everything. We’ll be back. The patio is big and well equipped, and all five spacious bedrooms have their own bathrooms and good wardrobes. Casa Rural Peñamora was spotless, including the barbecue, and we didn’t find any broken glasses or stools. I’d read a negative review the week before, but after staying this past weekend, I don’t understand it. Don’t let that comment put you off, you’ll love the house and won’t have any problems.

The castle in Coca is well worth a visit. It’s about 20km away and really nice. Back at the house, the kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, which was important to us. The children spent lots of time playing safely in the courtyard, helped by the good weather. The bedrooms were all very spacious with en-suite bathrooms, and the house was very well appointed, with attention to every detail. Having two TVs in the living room was handy so the children had their own entertainment.

We were a group of 9 adults and 9 children, and the house was well equipped for us. The owner was lovely and gave us great advice. The pool in Bernardos, the next village over, was great for spending the day and having lunch. It’s just a 5-minute walk away. Fantastic house, highly recommend staying there!
