The front desk is especially warm with returning guests, and the team really makes you feel welcome. This was my third time here. Just before checkout, I had a small problem with the bathroom door, and they moved me to another room. Rooms are spacious and clean, and housekeeping takes good care of them each day. Mine had a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle, plus a nice welcome kit on arrival. The hotel is close to the science and art museums, Saler mall for food, groceries, and shopping, and a few bus stops for using Valencia metro. A great base for enjoying Valencia.

That jet tub was perfect after long days walking around, and made for a fun girls' night with drinks in the room. We stayed with a friend and absolutely loved it. The deluxe whirlpool tub suite had two bathrooms, one of them a half bath with no shower, plus a smart TV, kitchenette, electric kettle, and plenty of towels. It's fairly central and convenient for getting to the train and travelling to and from the beach. Definitely a good pick if you want to be near what you might need in Valencia and have a hot tub to come back to.

We had a really lovely stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and nice, and the location was great. Staff were excellent and so helpful. They even decorated the room for my daughter's birthday. Breakfast was very good too. We'd definitely come back.

It's a nice place to stay in Valencia, though it feels pretty simple for a four-star hotel. We liked being near the science center and could walk through the green park toward the city heart or take a bus. The area is less touristy and leafy, with lots of cafés around. Pistachio was our favorite. The rooms also have a great view, and the windows do a good job keeping sound out. Breakfast was lovely and filling. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. A couple of quirks: the bathroom and toilet have glass doors, so be prepared for that. The front door doesn't block much noise, and you can hear neighbors passing. With the windows open, it gets pretty noisy during the day. Still, a cool place to stay.
