Hotel El Siglo

We stopped in for wine and got very rude, unfriendly service. We ordered one glass each, but the staff member poured them and walked off, leaving us with visibly different amounts. Cheap rubbish.

The breakfast was phenomenal, and the staff greeted us with a smile every day. Our room had what we needed to feel comfortable while still feeling connected to the city. We loved staying right on Valencia’s main plaza and would definitely recommend the hotel. We’ll be back.

Just around the corner from Plaza de la Reina, this hotel is right in the heart of Valencia. Our room was on the small side but clean and comfortable, and the bed was extremely comfortable too. After walking around the city, we could relax in the in-room jacuzzi. There was also a little balcony with a nice city view. The shower had good water pressure, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel’s biggest advantage is its location, just off a large plaza and within walking distance of the old town and restaurants. We stayed three nights. Our room was small, with a little balcony overlooking the street, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, and the restaurant downstairs was fine for breakfast or coffee. Cars can’t drive along the street outside, so if you’re using underground parking, be prepared to haul your luggage over to the hotel.
