I spent two nights there, and the hot water lasted less than a minute in each of the couple of showers I took. The air conditioning was only blowing room temperature air from the start. I reported it right away, but nobody fixed it or got back to me. I ended up leaving the window open in the evenings, and a mosquito got in and bit me a couple of times before I managed to kill it.

They were rude and wouldn't speak English. When they did speak, they were still rude and didn't try to understand the situation. They seemed more interested in money than helping. I wouldn't recommend staying here, even if it's cheaper than the other places. There are probably good reasons for that.

The view was gorgeous, and the front desk staff were really nice and helpful. My room was comfortable, clean, and modern. It wasn't huge, but it wasn't cramped either. I chose a slightly upgraded room, which may explain that. I had a great stay and would come back. I suspect many of the negative reviews are old.

For what I paid, I was disappointed. I booked a sea view and got a courtyard view instead, and the shower was broken. The wifi wasn't working either. It might have been okay at 30% less.

We were in room 212, where there was a strong sewer smell. The bathroom was an accessible one, and the first shower flooded it. There wasn't a wall holder for the shower, and the receptionist wasn't willing to understand or help us sort it out. A couple of hours later we moved to the hotel in the next block, Cassa Bassa, where the service was amazing. We got a refund for everything except that day.
