Rubio Rooms by Concept Flats

Bnb Rubio is in a quiet area, close to parks and city life, with a short walk to El Corte Inglés and convenient access to the beach. The location gets five stars from me. The apartment was comfortable and modern, and since it has only recently opened, it still feels fresh and welcoming. I'd give the accommodation four stars. There were a couple of snags: the internet connection had problems, and one bedsheet wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. I told the owner, who dealt with both issues quickly. They're still learning the ropes, but they're responsive and clearly want guests to have a good stay. I can see the place improving as they work through the remaining kinks. It's a comfortable base for seeing Valencia, and I expect it could be even better once everything's fully sorted.
