The room feels like it's right out on the street: outside sounds and neighboring guests come through clearly. The bed creaks whenever I move, even just a leg, and the couch shown in the booking photo wasn't there. Then the hot water ran out after five minutes, whatever time I showered, so I could barely wash my hair. Worst place I've ever stayed. Pick somewhere else.

Book somewhere else. There was a shattered-looking door next to the room that seemed unsafe, and the toilet kept running the whole time. The noise was awful: people talking at all hours and footsteps came through as if we were sleeping on the street. The bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in. Nobody works at the hotel, and after booking they black out the actual contact details instead of giving them to you.

I only found out at about 11 pm, when we were getting ready for bed, that there was no duvet or blanket. The staff replied to my message saying they don't provide one in summer, but couldn't do anything else because nobody could come to the property after 10 pm. We set the air-conditioning to what seemed a reasonable 25 degrees, yet spent the night cold with it directly above the bed. The property is on the ground floor, so opening the window for fresh air didn't feel safe and would have brought in noise. We were there on 19 October, though I don't know if Spain still considers that summer. As a tourist from London who's stayed in BnBs around the country and across Europe in summer, I'd never heard of a place not providing a blanket, especially when the only ventilation is air-conditioning. Does it make sense to expect guests to sleep without one?

We had a really disappointing stay. The hotel response was irresponsible, customer service was bad, and they made little effort to sort out any of our issues. We wouldn't recommend this place and won't return, even if we had the chance. Please take your reviews seriously.
