The location is good, but some fixtures were coming off the walls and furniture was broken. They also kept part of the security deposit without explaining why, and never answered my several emails. Best avoid.

It’s very close to the old town, with the Turia Gardens and metro just steps away, and it could suit families with children. The apartment is brand new and has all the comforts. The building was renovated a few years ago. Definitely one of Valencia’s best value apartments.

Once we got in, the apartment was very clean, recently renovated, and quiet. The air conditioning was a real plus, the sofa bed was comfortable, and it was well equipped apart from a few things. The location is very good, about a 10-minute walk from the cathedral. Getting the keys was a hassle. The safe they directed us to didn’t work, it wasn’t clear which floor the apartment was on, and the key was so stiff we had to force it. They should at least use WD-40 on the lock. For three guests, there was only one chair, so we had to move the table over to the sofa to eat. The shower had good water pressure, but the curtain let water out. A bucket was provided, though a mop would have helped too.

The listing said there was internet, but there wasn’t any when we arrived. The owner and the person managing the apartments said they’d fix it the next day, but they didn’t. The owner was rude and impolite.
