Hola Valencia - Holiday Apartments

Our hosts gave us helpful suggestions for exploring Valencia and went out of their way to make the stay memorable. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and watching the busy city below. It was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean, and the location made getting around easy. We left with fond memories and would love to return. Highly recommend it for a stay in the city.

The location was excellent, and the apartment with the terrace was spacious, with enough appeal for a longer stay. We were only there for a couple of days. I liked having both a WC and a separate bathroom with a toilet. Sleep was the problem. Both rooms faced a fairly busy street at night, and construction started early each morning throughout our visit. That was just the timing of our stay and outside anyone’s control, but it meant we couldn’t sleep comfortably. A little hand soap in the bathroom would also have been useful. Since the area was noisy and we didn’t rest well, I don’t think I’ll return.

The hosts were very helpful whenever I had a question, and the price was fair. The apartment was super clean, nicely arranged, and had a really lovely interior. Everything was close, and the centre of Valencia was an easy walk away. I don’t understand the bad reviews, this was the best holiday rental experience I’ve had. Thanks for a great holiday, I’ll definitely come back!

We lost a lot of money because the cancellation terms weren’t clear. We’d booked an apartment for a business trip, but the Show in Feria Valencia was cancelled and we couldn’t go. They said they never got our cancellation email, then charged us the full amount. We booked again, and at first they said cancellation was possible until one week before the trip. When the Show was cancelled again and we cancelled that booking, they charged us 50% of the total. A very bad experience.
