The private terrace was a highlight, and it was close to the beach and some fabulous restaurants. We were impressed with all of Barracart Apartments, from the entrance and shared spaces to the spacious apartment itself. We'll definitely come back on our next visit.

We found the staff very kind and helpful. The apartment is on a quiet street, so we didn't hear noise at night. It's about a 10 minute walk from the beach, last arenas, and there are plenty of nearby transport options for getting to the city center. It's a really nice, clean place with what you need for a longer stay: a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, ironing board, clothes rack and sun umbrella, among other things.

There’s a good supermarket nearby if you want to cook, plus lots of recommended restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is quiet, well equipped and extremely comfortable. It’s near the beach and has excellent transport links, with local buses to Valencia’s attractions and good metro and tram connections. We’d definitely recommend the Apartments and hope to return.

Olga has done a thoughtful renovation of this historic building, balancing its charm with comfort. She’s wonderful, detailed, hardworking and friendly, and ready to help when needed. Barracart Apartments has become one of the emblematic places to stay in Cabanyal (Valencia). It feels private, the beach is within walking distance, and some of the neighborhood's best restaurants are close by.

The neighborhood is quiet, and the beach is close. Tram and buses are nearby, so it’s easy to get around the city. The apartment is beautiful, has everything you need, and is very nicely renovated. Hopefully the other houses in the neighborhood get the same treatment. Olga was helpful and available.
