The room was roomy, and everything about the stay was lovely apart from the bathroom having no vent. The doorman and concierge were welcoming, and checking in was easy. It was also convenient for the places we planned to visit.

We got good value for money in a comfortable, fairly modern apartment, probably renovated recently. There are still a few small imperfections. It's right in the pedestrian area in the centre of Sevilla, so there's some daytime noise, though nights were fairly quiet. The apartment is in a building with reception and a guard, and several offices, including law firms and doctors.
