The staff were lovely and very helpful, even with our special requests, and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was mostly clean, though the fridge had some mold and sand was still all over the floor after housekeeping. We had a bedroom with its own bathroom, and the main room was spacious. There was also a private rooftop terrace with chairs, a table, and two sun loungers, and the lift came in handy. It’s a little outside the city, but the bus stops for lines 9, 18, and 99 are just a short walk away, so getting to the main sights was easy. There’s a large supermarket about five minutes away, a KFC around 5-10 minutes away, and two bakeries downstairs. We didn’t hear the hospital across the street. Planes were noticeable during the day, but at night we could sleep with the window open and nothing woke us.

The rooms were clean and really comfortable. A very good place to stay.

I booked two nights, but after first saying my card was invalid, the hostel charged me €60 for one night and cut my reservation down to just that night. They told me to read the terms and conditions, even though what they did seemed to go against them. The communication was poor, and nobody took responsibility. Honestly, it’s laughable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

For what we paid, the stay couldn’t have been better. Marcos was kind, responsive, and provided outstanding service. If we come back to Valencia, we’ll probably stay here again.
