Hotel Plaza View

Breakfast was included and nice for a free meal. I’d choose this hotel again if I return to Valencia, especially because the room was so clean. It was modern too, with a capsule coffee machine, a big closet, and even an iron. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the toilet and shower were modern and clean as well.

Right in the city center, and the room was very clean. There was no kettle. The double bed was two single beds pushed together, so it wasn’t very comfortable. Breakfast was okay but didn’t have much variety. The staff only smiled at my partner, which didn’t feel very welcoming.

At this price, with this location and service, it’s hard to beat. Everything we came to Valencia to see was just minutes away on foot. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and welcoming. Lucia is a pro, always ready to help with a big smile. Email communication was great too. We’ll be back every time.

The rooms were dirty and used, and the service was awful. The staff came across as cocky and unwilling to help with anything. I guess the company behind the hotel doesn’t treat or pay the people there well. When you ask for help changing something in your booking, they refuse to talk to you, and you never get your money back. That seems to be their strategy. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment hotel at all. Do yourself a favor and find a hotel where you’ll be treated like a welcome guest.
