El Encanto De Miraflores

The room was cozy, but it clearly wasn’t suitable for five people. There was one bed, a sofa that didn’t fold out, and an air mattress. My family had to inflate the mattress themselves, which took about half an hour. They also had to use towels as blankets on the first night because there weren’t enough covers. I lent them two blankets from my house, and when I asked the owner for more, she said someone would bring them and told us to use the heating. Nobody came. There was no toilet paper either. The owner said to buy some and promised to send the money by bizum, but never did. The bathroom door was broken, too. My family had come from Denmark, and I’d booked the rural house for them. When I went to pick up the key, I was told to arrive at a set time and not be late, then kept waiting 45 minutes by the person handing it over. The owner said the room was fine for five even though it was only meant for two. After they left, I went back for my blankets. The owner had a resident open the door for me, but they weren’t there. I wasn’t very happy with the stay.

Laura looked after us so well that we’re already sure we’ll come back. We were delighted with this charming apartment: it was spotless, in a perfect location, and had everything we needed, with every detail considered.

The care Laura is putting into El Encanto de Miraflores really shows. The house feels welcoming and comfortable, and the service makes you feel at home, even better than at home. With the lovely surroundings of Miraflores and such warm hospitality, it’s a memorable stay I’d happily repeat. It’s a joy to see Laura managing this beautiful place.

Laura welcomed my children and me like family and gave us so much attention. We had a few days away that went beyond what we expected. Absolutely perfect.
