Palacio Miraflores

The food at the wedding was fantastic, from the cocktail appetizers through dinner, and there was plenty to go around. Some guests even ordered another serving of the main course and dessert. The waiters and staff were excellent, helpful, and ready to assist. It’s a beautiful venue, with distinctive spaces and a romantic, artistic feel. The music and flower arrangements were just right. We left very satisfied, and it was clear the couple and guests had a wonderful time. We’d definitely recommend it.

Loreto’s advice was a huge help, and the team made everything easy. The service was lovely throughout, and we felt so well looked after. Everyone agreed the setting was beautiful and the place had real charm. For our small wedding, we could all relax in the original, comfortable rooms, and the bride’s suite was a dream. We got married here on October 18th, and everything went better than we could have hoped. It was such a wonderful experience that my brother is having his wedding here next year. Thanks to Loreto and the team for everything. We’ll be back soon!

The spacious rooms and whirlpool tub were the only real positives for me. My husband and I stayed over the December holiday weekend, our first time at a 5-star hotel, and I’d expected much more. Pets can stay in the rooms, but aren’t allowed in the hotel at breakfast, so we couldn’t eat there with ours. For a hotel of this class, I expected a café for lunch or dinner too, but they only serve breakfast. There was an event going on, and at bedtime children were running around, shouting to friends in their rooms. It was so noisy I had to go out and tell them off. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything. It’ll probably be my last stay at a 5-star hotel.

We had a fantastic time at the Christmas Palace, and the kids loved it. They manage to top themselves every year. We’ll come back next year and try to bring more friends along.
