The standout part for us was how helpful the staff were. Before our trip, I spoke with Marta about getting a cab to a nearby city, and she checked options and prices so it was arranged before we arrived. The woman running breakfast also opened the buffet a few minutes early so we could eat before our train. Both spoke English, which isn't very common in Miranda de Ebro. The hotel is right downtown, with lots of good restaurants, bars, and supermarkets close by, and only a three-minute walk from the train station. The beds and rooms were comfortable, and breakfast had a very nice buffet. It feels like a business hotel a notch above a Marriott Courtyard. My only small complaint is that the windows are oddly angled and quite small, so there's not much natural light.

Carbon, the restaurant in the lobby, was a highlight, with a good range of dishes and a nice local gourmet touch. It’s one of the better places to eat around here. The hotel itself is nice too, with spacious, clean rooms.

The rooms are lovely and there's secure underground parking, but there’s nowhere in the room to make tea or coffee. Also, avoid booking for a Thursday night if you expect to use the restaurant or bar, since both are closed then. That wasn’t mentioned on the website. The receptionist was very apologetic and pointed us to a fabulous restaurant.

The private parking is awkward to use. You take a vehicle elevator down, then there’s very little room to maneuver, and you have to reverse to get back out. I might leave the car outside next time, though I’d still stay here again. Inside, the rooms and beds are large and comfortable, and the curtains block the light well, which I really liked. There’s an attached restaurant that I’d happily recommend. Breakfast was OK.

The rear restaurant was excellent, and the room was quiet, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed. Air conditioning worked well, and the facilities were clean. Staff were helpful too. The underground parking uses a vehicle lift, which felt a bit precarious, though it worked fine. I would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room.
