Bungalows Las Fresas

It was really nice. I'd come back.

The location gets noisy late at night, with bars and nightclubs right across from the apartment staying open until 4 a.m., so it's not the place for peace and quiet. The apartment itself was very nice and clean. The shared area is being renovated, which means you can't use the terrace, the main place you'd want to spend mealtimes or evenings. You also can't leave anything open because of a bit of a musty smell and cockroaches. Other than that, things are fine, with shopping centres and other amenities nearby, plus nice walks along the beach.

There are amenities nearby, which is a plus, and the pool has recently been renovated. It's large, but would be too small if most guests actually swam. The complex itself is old, with the shared areas badly in need of renovation. Getting around also means climbing quite a few stairs or slopes.

The apartments are spacious by Puerto Rico standards. The complex is being renovated, and the shared areas are better than they used to be. In my opinion, Puerto Rico is changing for the better, thanks to Mercadona and the new shopping center that was due to be completed in 2019. Edit: The bungalows at the top are the best part, with the finest views and the convenience store closest by.
