Getting up from the strip is quite a climb, though taxis will take you for just a few extra euros. There are plenty of bars around once the snack bar closes at 3pm. The room was spotlessly clean, and the maid was so good I wished I could take her home. There isn’t a toaster in the room, but that was no inconvenience, especially with other guests setting off the fire alarms. This hotel didn’t disappoint, and I’d definitely recommend it!

The biggest asset here is the cleaning staff. They’re always smiling and do a great job keeping the rooms tidy. The restaurant has a good range of local and continental food, with decent quality and reasonable prices. The pool is on the small side but spotless, and the toilets and other facilities are exceptionally clean. There usually seem to be enough sunbeds, too. For the evenings, an indoor lounge would be useful, and I wish the restaurant stayed open longer.

The roof terrace is good for sunbathing, but it’s a hike to the centre and beach. A taxi is only 4 euro, though. The bar shuts at 8pm, so you’ll need to head into the centre for a drink, and they don’t sell water either. We arrived around 10:30 pm and the place seemed deserted, like a ghost hotel, before we realized the bar was closed. I wouldn’t go back.

The rooftop solarium has a jacuzzi, and breakfast is lovely and cooked. Our accommodation was clean, bright, fresh, and comfortable, with beautiful views across the bay.
