The room cleaning was poor. We didn’t get fresh sheets every day, or even every other day, and the rooms weren’t cleaned well. The food needs a lot of improvement too. We were on the all-inclusive plan and were disappointed that some drinks weren’t included, and the food wasn’t very good. The top pool costs 25 euros per person, then you still have to pay for drinks, which is scandalous. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and the pictures don’t do it justice. I definitely wouldn’t return.

We weren’t happy with the first room, so we went to reception. They sorted out some of the problems, but not everything, and we spent the first night at another hotel. When we came back, they tried again to help and moved us to a different room. We’re really happy with it now. A big thank you to Sergio for listening and doing everything he could to make things right.

The views are lovely, and the staff can’t do enough for you. Some of the rooms could use a little paint and the shower trays need attention, but it’s a hotel that’s open all year. We’re in our 60s, and the stairs are a killer, though all that back and forth to our room is probably doing us good. The lift helps, and we’d come back for the four daily fitness sessions alone. Lovely place.

The pool area was excellent, and the gym was a really high standard. We also had a very good view, and the food was okay, though the all-inclusive drinks weren’t great since they came from a machine. The room was the biggest problem. We found a cockroach and several woodlice, including in the bed. It felt worn, dirty, and in need of renovation, as does the hotel generally. That really brought down the stay, and we can’t recommend the hotel.
