We felt very welcome at Sunshine Villas, and nothing was too much trouble. The property has three bedrooms, a big lounge and dining area, and a lovely pool outside. Restaurants and a supermarket are just a couple of minutes' walk away, and Puerto Rico marina is within a 5-10 minute walk. We had a fantastic week there. It's a superb place to stay while visiting Puerto Rico.

The villa itself was beautiful, and its interior and upkeep were excellent. But our stay turned into a disaster when someone broke in on our third night. They came through the upstairs balcony and a door we later found could be opened easily and didn’t lock. Nothing in the villa was damaged, but they took valuables, including expensive jewellery, laptops, cameras, money, and a child’s passport. There seemed to be very little security, and the villas were easy for the public to access. My family no longer felt safe, so we left straight away and were lucky to find safer, more secure accommodation.

The pool was a big plus for us travelling with children, and it was really nice. We spent a long weekend here in May with friends, and the apartments were well equipped and felt like home. Restaurants and a grocery store are close by, and getting to the apartments was convenient. Communication with the host was excellent. I’d happily come back if I’m in GC again. Best regards to the host, I highly recommend the place.
