Hotel Servigroup Marina Mar

The family entertainment was a real plus for us. There was plenty for the kids and adults, and the evening shows were a nice way to wind down. The service was first class too. Everyone I dealt with was kind and helpful to me, my wife, and our two daughters. It’s good to see traditional customer care still alive here. I reported a small issue with the shower head and toilet at reception on the way to breakfast. Both were fixed by the time I got back to the room an hour later. I’ve already recommended the hotel to my parents and brothers, perhaps for next year.

I loved staying at Marina Mar. Everything was clean, the room was spacious with a great view, and the large beds were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. My one complaint is that even with all inclusive except drinks, they don’t provide free water, not even at breakfast or lunch. They serve juice, which costs much more.

The only thing I’d change is dinner starting at 8.30, which felt very late. I’d prefer 7.30. Otherwise, it was a fabulous hotel, with lovely food, friendly staff, a brilliant location, and spacious pool areas with plenty of sunbeds. We had a really nice room, and I liked the fridge and free safety deposit box. I’ll recommend it to friends and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The buffet was hard to enjoy with so many students around. At meal times the restaurant felt more like a school canteen, and we couldn’t have a relaxed dinner or breakfast. The manager was helpful and opened another section for us, but it didn’t solve the problem. It spoiled our stay. We also felt the food quality at Servigroup has dropped, and this hotel felt like three stars at best. We’ve stayed at many Servigroup hotels over the years, but will probably choose another group in future.
