The room itself was nicely presented and clean once we finally got it, but arriving was frustrating. The hostel was difficult to find, and there was hardly any street parking. The owner initially said we had no booking, even though I showed him the Expedia reference, and I found him quite rude. A woman, perhaps his wife, who spoke better English checked the books, found our booking, and eventually got us settled. There was no AC, the beds were uncomfortable, and the toilet system was very loud. They also don't give you a key to the building, so every time you go out you have to ring the bell to be let back in. That was very annoying.

A modest guesthouse with good value for money, ideal if you're after budget accommodation in town or nearby. It's centrally located and quiet. The rooms could do with some updating, but they're fine for resting and basic personal needs. My room had two beds, a private bathroom and a TV, and it was clean. They provided daily cleaning and towels. The owner is very friendly. You only get a room key, but someone is always there to let you in without trouble. I'd definitely stay again if we return to the area.

The owners were lovely, everything was very clean, and the mattresses were really good. I would stay again. They could add some glasses in the bathroom.

The shower was a little small but worked perfectly and had warm water. It has everything you need for a quiet night's sleep. I'd happily stay again on another cycling trip in the area.
