The yoga, meditations, and treatments were thoughtfully guided, accessible, and deeply relaxing, just what I needed. Every day the food was fresh, healthy, delicious, and full of flavour, a lovely part of the wellness experience. Shanti Som Resort is peaceful, intimate, beautiful, and surrounded by nature, an ideal place to relax and recharge. The staff were kind, attentive, and professional, always going the extra mile to make guests comfortable. From arrival I felt genuinely welcome and well looked after. It was a few fantastic days of rest and balance, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful wellness retreat.

I enjoyed the relaxed, mindful feel here. Traditional yoga retreats can be strict and packed with activities, which isn't really for me, and I liked Shanti-Som's approach. The restaurant food was delicious and the massages were excellent.

The rooms are clean and homely, and the hotel has quite a few things you can do if you want. The food is fresh and full of flavour, and the staff are lovely and very accommodating. Such a nice break if you need some time out from the fast pace of life. I can see why some people come back every year. Thank you, Shanti-Som.

My first week of January at Shanti-Som was fabulous. The treatments were so good, the yoga amazing, and the food great. Honestly, the staff couldn't have been nicer. It felt like a top wellness retreat in Asia, but without the long-haul flight from the UK. I hope to return every year. It couldn't have been better.
