Loved it.

We booked the first-floor apartment for two days during the holidays. Most things went smoothly, but there were three problems. Parking nearby wasn't possible. The kitchen was supposed to be for six but had very little equipment, and some of the few dishes and utensils were dirty. When we arrived there was one spoon and no forks. The owner brought us more later, but cooking a meal wasn't really possible, only reheating food. Also, there was just one bathroom, with the toilet inside and no separate WC. That's very tight for six people. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.

I rented this for relatives visiting from out of town. They got an apartment that wasn't among the photos on Booking.com. The owner said I'd selected one of the options, but all the photos should be shown. As some reviews mention, it was the top-floor apartment, and it was poorly kept, dirty and run-down. I complained to Booking.com, but the owner hasn't replied. I don't recommend the place. ... I'm editing this to respond to your reply. The photos are on Booking.com and you can check them there. As I've said here and there, the photos of the apartment you mentioned don't appear on any website. Other guests have said the same, so I wasn't the only one. I've attached two photos of the rooms my relatives stayed in. Those beds aren't shown on Booking.com or Google. Best regards!

The place is old but has had some renovation, and it's spacious, with views of Montserrat Mountain. There was a faint tobacco smell, and the staircase is narrow.
