A lovely country house, restored beautifully, with a very welcoming host. Great value too, definitely recommend it.

The stay was perfectly okay and I had nothing to complain about. Just be aware it's a long way from any bars, restaurants, or other places. It would help if the hotel sold drinks.

The people were nice, but the pool is some distance from the hotel. There's no restaurant, and the street gets pretty noisy. Just average.

Manuela was a delight and pointed us toward some great nearby places for lunch and dinner. We loved the breakfast too, served in a pretty lounge with big lamps and period details. We picked this charming old house for a stop on our way to Bilbao during a long weekend in Gijón, and it really caught our eye. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a romantic, relaxing weekend in cold, rainy February. It felt like being transported to the 21st century in an instant. We've already booked another stay.

We spent four days here and felt very comfortable. The room was big, pleasant, and really clean. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good.
