Apartaments El Jaç

The apartment looks cozy at first, but problems show up once you settle in. The cutlery still had food on it, so we had to wash everything. In the bathroom, the shower wouldn’t drain, even after I spent nearly half an hour with the plunger. The rain effect is romantic, but there’s no shower head for washing yourself or cleaning the walls. The bed was the worst part. Like the floor, it only looked clean on the surface, and the mattress and pillows smelled of sweat. Luckily, we’d brought large towels from home to sleep on. I don’t recommend the place and won’t return. Sorry, David. The pillows need cleaning now and then, and the apartment needs basic maintenance before guests arrive.

The apartment was fine for a visit to Montblanc, with laundry and air conditioning/heating, though we missed having a hair dryer. The big appliances were well covered, but there wasn’t much kitchenware. Its best feature is the location on the main street in the old center, which makes it ideal for exploring the town.

The café staff add a nice touch, and the apartments themselves are roomy, comfortable, and cozy. They’re well equipped, though there’s no elevator. The location right beside Montblanc Square is exceptional. A definite 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful week here as a group of four. Everything is close by, and there’s a really good ice cream shop on the ground floor. The apartment is clean and well laid out, even down to the small bathroom toiletries. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. A lovely city and very convenient place to stay. Highly recommend.
