Marble Stella Maris Ibiza

We didn’t know until we were leaving that we could have asked for a breakfast bag, and apparently it needed to be requested the day before. We had an early departure, so we missed out. Still, it was a nice stay. The rooms are spacious, the restaurant food is delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff are very friendly, especially Chris the pizza maker. Thank you!

The hilliness makes this a poor choice if you have mobility issues, and the location itself isn’t great. There’s a small beach nearby, but the town isn’t close. The hotel also badly needs renovation. The rooms were nice, though the main hotel felt strange, and it was far too busy. Unless you get up early, you won’t get near the pools. We were all inclusive, but lots of cocktails and other drinks still weren’t covered. I hate seeing price lists at the bar when it’s supposed to be all inclusive. There’s also a pool marked for over 16s, but the rule wasn’t enforced and it was full of kids. At times we felt unsafe with children jumping in and families throwing balls and inflatables around.

The place is very hilly, though they do offer golf cart rides from door to door around the apartment complex. An airport taxi cost 40 Euros, so keep that in mind. Even so, I thought this place was a gem and we’ll definitely return. Our stay was fabulous, with a bright, clean feel and a friendly atmosphere. The entertainment was good, and there are 3 swimming pools, tennis courts and other activities. The food was great too. My only small suggestion would be less salt in the paella and beef stew, though tastes differ.

Our sea view was incredible, and we had everything we needed at the hotel, so we didn’t have to go anywhere else. The food was fantastic, drinks were easy to get every day, and Estrella damn was perfect. Evening entertainment had a good mix and ran for just the right length of time without being too loud. All the staff were lovely, from reception and restaurant and bar teams to the maids and the drivers who took us to our room each day. Reception was friendly and helpful. We had a great family holiday with three of us, and we’re already looking forward to coming again next year. Thanks to everyone who runs the hotel.
