The outdoor play area for children could use a little maintenance. Fixing it up would make the house even better for families. Still, the heated pool was a real help in the unsettled weather, giving the kids somewhere to play while the adults relaxed. We were two families with children and had a wonderful few days. The house is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed from the start. Thanks so much, we'll definitely be back.

The scenery was lovely, and we appreciated the company, the mattress, and how quiet it was. But the trip from Almeria was a nightmare on a hellish road. The house is a long way from Montefrio, and the roads are dangerous. For the price and location, it had shortcomings: there was no air conditioning, the water was cut off several times, and we ran out of toilet paper.

We spent four days here, with olive and cork oak trees all around the two country houses. The heated pool was superb, and there was a fireplace with firewood. The owner was very attentive and always willing to help. Thank you for the stay.

The house felt neglected, with poor hygiene, old facilities, and sheets that smelled so bad it seemed they might not have been washed. The kitchen in our house had no breakfast utensils at all, not even spoons or a toaster. The only toaster wouldn't heat anything, the hairdryer didn't work, and bedside lamps had no outlets nearby. The wiring was so old that the light switch covers were falling off. We were freezing in the house we slept in, which had no heat pump or heating, just a fireplace that didn't warm the place. One of the upstairs houses had no bathroom, and getting downstairs meant tackling steps so steep they felt like a climbing wall. It was worrying to imagine going down to the bathroom at night. There were water problems all weekend. We couldn't shower, wash our hands, or flush the toilet, so we kept carrying buckets of pool water to flush. The kitchen and bathroom sinks in our house were clogged too. For a group of friends with children, the terrible road there made the weekend start badly. The price was very high for how poorly equipped and maintained everything was. Not recommended. It doesn't have underfloor heating, that's a lie. The house is older than the one in BERNALDA ALBA.
