We loved it here and would highly recommend it. The houses have everything you need, and we appreciated the little basics they provided, like dish soap, hand soap, oil, extra toilet paper, and tea. The setting is beautiful, with mountains, flowers, and birdsong all around. The kids can stay busy in the playground while parents sit on their private balconies or in the central seating area. It’s easy to drive to lots of lovely villages in 30-40 minutes, and the drive is as beautiful as the towns. We were there a bit off season, so it was hard to tell when places were open in Montjaque, a very small town with only a few shops and restaurants.

The upstairs bedroom was quiet and away from the noise, and the mattress was very comfortable, so we slept really well. We loved the green, oasis-like feel, and the pool’s position with the mountains behind it was perfect. It’s also close to the village center. I wouldn’t change anything. I just wish we could go back soon and try the food, since the cook wasn’t available during our stay.

The accommodation was comfortable and attractive, and the owner and his team were pleasant, helpful, and efficient. It’s a perfect holiday spot, with a private pool, grassy area, play park for small children, and beautiful gardens all around.

We feel lucky to have found Casitas de la Sierra. We’re staying here now, and it’s the best place we’ve had on our trip around Europe. The peaceful surroundings, spectacular views, and beautiful, friendly village have all been wonderful. The hosts, Pedro and Brigitte, have been incredibly warm and welcoming, and couldn’t do enough for us. When our car broke down, they even helped us and arranged a mechanic for the next day. They’ve created a magical place.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and both visits have been the best experience. The hosts, Pedro and Brigitte, are extremely friendly and ready to help with anything. The apartments are clean and child friendly, and the village shops and places to eat are only a five-minute walk away. The location feels like paradise, with amazing mountain views and plenty to see nearby. There’s a pool with incredible views, a lovely BBQ area, and a restaurant by the garden. I’d highly recommend staying here. You’d be missing out if you didn’t. Thanks to the hosts for the experience!
