It can be a little tricky to find, but the hostel is very clean and in a fabulous location. The price is unusually low for Barcelona, and the place is still a great choice for backpackers or students who aren’t looking for luxury. I’d definitely recommend it.

We found the WiFi really fast, and the location was convenient. The place was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the price was fair compared with similar options. The room was a bit cramped, though, and the men’s bathroom was clearly worse than the women’s. It was very small, and the shower swung between too cold and too hot.

The rooms were spotless and the beds were nice, but the hotel itself is pretty basic. There wasn’t even a glass for a toothbrush, anywhere to set shower gel, or enough hooks for towels. It’s okay.

I was walked in on twice while showering because the bathroom doors don’t lock. The hostel itself was dirty and the rooms smelled. Parking nearby is lacking, and the street parking was mostly full. The toiletries they supplied were poor and not enough. Staff smiled, but their attitude still felt off-putting.
