Our room was clean and comfortable, and the view was fantastic. A very nice Parador, with great, friendly staff.

We had a wonderful evening on the terrace after dinner, watching the sun go down. Dinner was excellent, and the wines went really well with it. From the hotel, the views across the valley reach toward the second Parador, which is being restored at the moment. The pool looked very inviting, though we didn't use it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially with my Spanish being less than I'd like. Another Parador that lives up to its reputation all around.

The restaurant is really good, and the pool area is great. We found the staff friendly and helpful, with stunning views all around. Another great Parador! The rooms could do with an upgrade, but at the rates they charge, there's really nothing to complain about.

We found it easy to use this clean hotel as a base for exploring the area by car. Chaves in Portugal is worth a stroll, and the castle next to the hotel is really interesting. The staff were very friendly. I'd call it a 3 star hotel.

The staff were super friendly, and the valley views from the pool are spectacular. You also get a great view of the castle up the hill. A very nice Parador.
