River Ebro Apartments

The kitchen had everything we needed, and the flat was bright, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It sits right by the river, with spectacular views. Robbert made things easy from booking through check-out, and checked in a couple of times during our stay to make sure we had what we needed. We’ve just returned from a great stay.

A lovely place with a great river view. Robbert was fantastic when we ran into an issue with our hire car. I’d recommend staying here and hope to return someday.

The apartment was beautifully presented and extremely clean, with lovely views of the river and mountains. In ordinary circumstances, I’d have given it five stars without hesitation. But we arrived exhausted, and one of us was ill. We couldn’t get the cooker hob working, which led to several calls to the owners and a wait for the owner to come and fix it. It turned out there’d been a mix-up and we were in the wrong apartment. We offered to move straight away, but the owner declined. We felt she was annoyed about having to come help and wasn’t very gracious with us. The issue was that the child lock had been left on, with no light or other indicator to show it, and neither of us had encountered that kind of lock before. Her response left us both very upset. We later wrote to the owners, who acknowledged our comments and replied. That makes me fairly confident another guest won’t have the same experience.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and welcoming, with a beautiful view over the Ebre. The host gave us all the instructions we needed for an easy, hassle-free stay. Our dog was welcome too, and we really enjoyed our short visit.
