There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom, and we didn't feel well treated. The food left a lot to be desired, and I expected better from our hotel accommodation. I'm not very happy with the stay.

The whole hotel is beautifully presented, and the pool area and facilities were lovely. Even the sun loungers were so comfortable, with really good cushions. Our room had plenty of space, a great view, and a big balcony with comfy seating. We couldn't fault the place and will definitely be back.

Breakfast had a great selection and was good quality, and with service until 11 we could get some extra sleep. The modern rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had balconies. We also really liked the clean, uncrowded spa, which had everything we needed. There was a small hiccup getting the spa booked, but the staff found us a time that worked. Reception, restaurant, and pool staff were all friendly and attentive. We'll definitely return for more time to relax. The lack of kids running around or at the pool was a bonus too.

The gastro bar around the corner was a bright spot, with welcoming staff who knew how to look after people. Our experience at the hotel was the opposite. After I complained that all our light-colored swimwear had turned yellow, as had that of other families, the manager promised to reimburse us. At checkout he refused to honor that agreement. When we insisted and said that was unacceptable after our arrangement, he called the police to escort us out, even though our little son was there. We didn't let it go further for his sake. Absolutely disgraceful. The hotel has zero service. We also had no water for a whole day. They didn't arrange any water for flushing the toilet, so we had to buy it ourselves at a shop. Reception staff were distant and disrespectful, with no understanding. Children don't seem welcome either. It's not an adults-only hotel, but other guests' children were approached by staff as soon as they made noise. We didn't experience that ourselves. There's no children's menu, and the bar menu lists things like Coke Zero Zero and different kombuchas that they don't actually have.
