The worst part was how the staff dealt with us afterward. When I asked for a manager, I was told none was there. The waitress shrugged and rolled her eyes when I asked if that was normal service, then said it was summer and to be expected. We left without spending any more time arguing, but it was a real letdown after having stayed at the campsite before. We wouldn't stay overnight again, though we'd still bring our own food to visit the rio. The meal itself was awful. My burger was bad, and the replacement was no better. When I asked for it to be cooked more, the waitress looked at me without apologising, shrugged, and took it away. About 15 minutes later she came back and dropped the plate in front of me so loudly that other guests turned to look. I tried two bites and left it; my wife didn't eat her burger either. We paid 34€ for two burgers and some chicken for the kids, and lost an hour and a half we could have spent out in rio. The staff seemed rude and completely disorganised, and the place feels like a health risk. What a way to spoil a great day. If you're visiting the campsite, definitely bring a packed lunch.
