We arrived at the agreed time, but nobody was there. We tried calling and got no answer, then waited about an hour before someone came to open the doors. The doors were very squeaky, and there wasn't a proper shower, you had to sit in the bathtub and hold the shower head. For two people, they gave us one looong pillow to share. I don't get why the reviews are so good, maybe they're from friends and relatives.

I’m so disappointed, and I never even got to check in. I planned a surprise weekend away for my husband’s birthday using a Smartbox bono de regalo. After spending ages weighing up options, I booked a spa nearby and a restaurant for that evening. Then I got an email saying YOU HAVE CANCELLED MY RESERVATION, with no valid reason. No phone call, just an email. How cowardly. I’ve had to cancel the other plans too, and with so little time left, finding something else is proving almost impossible. If you don’t want to be part of a scheme, take yourselves off the website. Letting potential clients down isn’t a way to promote your business. I’d suggest reviewing how you communicate with clients about their upcoming reservations.

We'd left Madrid early and picked this place on the spur of the moment. What a great choice. They made us feel so welcome, and it was a real treat. Great, I'd recommend it to anyone.

The place was comfortable enough, but the receptionist's manner was terrible.
