The room itself was okay, but the experience wasn’t very good. There were lots of washed-out stains on the bed sheet, which guests really shouldn’t be given. It was far too loud even with the windows closed, and the room felt very sticky, so the night wasn’t relaxing at all.

We’d use this hotel again. It’s an easy 15 minutes from the bull ring if you’re going to a concert, with cafes, shops, and supermarkets nearby. Underground parking is available for a fee. Check-in was easy, the staff were very friendly, and our room was clean with the basic amenities. There’s no kettle or mini bar. You can book the gym. The restaurant looked pleasant and had a reasonably priced menu del día, though we didn’t try it.

I just popped in for a drink, having never stayed here. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable.

Getting into the room at night was a hassle because the corridor light sensor barely worked. I had to use my phone torch to put the card in the door. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom needs a lot of work, especially the unstable hot water. Breakfast was simple but adequate, though probably below what I’d expect from a four star hotel. It’s a nice place, but basic for four stars.

Lovely staff and a very nice hotel. Breakfast was good, though a little pricey at €13. Using the underground car park costs €12.
