We came with around 50 people for a lunch we’d ordered in advance, and every dish was excellent. The meal included foie, tomato salad with Parmigiana cheese, assorted croquettes, then either hake stuffed with crab and wrapped in seaweed or pork cheeks in red wine sauce. Dessert was a three chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream. The wine was good, and the service was very good too. Lovely bar, hotel and restaurant in Murgia. I’d thoroughly recommend it, though I suspect booking ahead is necessary.

Their Basque food is delicious, and this is a very professional restaurant with a master chef. On a Friday night, at least, you may need a little patience to get served. It also gets very noisy.

We had no trouble getting a table for dinner as a fairly large group, and the staff were attentive right from the start. The vegetable rice was quite good, and we liked the croquettes, though they were a bit small. The tacos were just okay, so there are better choices.

Good food and even better company at the weekend tasting menu. We were treated well by the waiters, though there was sometimes a wait between courses. The dining room was full, so we sat at the bar tables instead. Service was the same, but it was noisier there. I’ll almost certainly come back sometime.
