The food was the highlight for us. There was lots of choice, it was really good quality, and we enjoyed it more than food at any restaurant. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and kind. Thanks to them for making us feel welcome. We spent ten days as a family at Playa de Muro. The beach was probably the most beautiful we've seen, like a European Caribbean :-), and there were plenty of shops close by. Our room was clean and practical, but the doors didn't shut properly and slammed loudly. If another guest came back at night, the bang would wake us up. For children, I would've liked a more varied entertainment program, perhaps foam or a slide in the pool. Thanks for a wonderful holiday in a beautiful place :-)

The entertainment team, Toni, Linda, Edu and Alex, were brilliant: friendly, polite, and always happy to help. We loved joining in with the activities they put on. Food was good, with plenty to choose from, and the pool was great. We stayed all-inclusive for a week. The location was really good, just a two-minute walk from the beach, and reception gave us a lovely welcome. The room was okay and had a balcony, though it was the one small letdown. It was only somewhere to sleep, after all. There wasn't a mirror in the room, just one in the bathroom. I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

We stayed seven nights with our two children, aged five and eight, and really enjoyed the pool. The food was great, with something for everyone, including our child with celiac disease. The fresh meat and fish were especially good, and the dining room was spacious and clean. The hotel feels modern and was very clean throughout, including the rooms, dining areas, bar, and pool. We often saw staff cleaning or fixing things, and maintenance seemed to be handled really well. For families, I really recommend it.

The food and the hotel's location near the beach were probably the best parts of our family holiday. The rooms are small, but that didn't bother us since we weren't staying inside all day. There's a choice of activities to watch in the evenings, which was nice. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were refreshed daily. Sometimes ours wasn't cleaned properly, though. I didn't like that, but it wasn't a huge deal.

The staff were wonderful and really went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. Everyone was friendly, from the entertainment team, including Vivi and Andrea, to the cleaners, kitchen crew, and reception staff. We stayed six nights and never got tired of the food. There were always tasty options, and the rooms were spacious, in good shape, and cleaned well. We were on the fifth floor, where it was very quiet at night. The pool area was clean, and the bar nearby was nice. The hotel is close to the beach and plenty of local shops. We'd happily recommend it and hope to come back! 😊
