Grupotel Natura Playa

Dinner changed from day to day, though the buffet choices were a little limited, and breakfast could use more variety. The kids’ playground should be bigger too. We spent a week here after our usual place was full, and enjoyed the stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff were polite and considerate, and they dealt with any concerns promptly. The team really tries its best to please, and I think they’ll get even better.

Our biggest issue was the beds, which were very firm, and the pillows weren’t good. We came in the last week of the season, and the food choices in particular were starting to run down. The hotel itself was clean and well managed, and staff were attentive. It’s right on the beach, so if you have a car, there’s no need to travel elsewhere.

The studio apartments were very clean, with a good layout and a big balcony. The little kitchen had everything needed to make a quick meal. It’s a perfect spot for a family. The staff were friendly, helpful, and supportive. A special thanks to animator Kyle, who has a great way with kids and made them smile so much. Our little one loved the mini disco, and we had fun too. Keep it up!

The beach location is the main plus. It’s beautiful, and guests get exclusive umbrellas and beds right on the sand. Our room was very large and immaculately clean, with everything in place before we arrived. Dinner worked out well given our food limitations. The rest of the stay left us unimpressed. Staff and management felt uptight, and most staff spoke to us in German. We’re in Spain, and English would make more sense as the widely used language, with German perhaps for the narrower clientele. We paid for a lateral sea view, but the pool view seemed much better. Pool staff were a bit rude when they immediately asked our toddler to return a toy, as if we planned to take it. At lunch, the restaurant couldn’t figure out a vegan salad and said they were too busy to make a sandwich with just vegetables, though they eventually did. Breakfast coffee was instant, undrinkable, and a huge disappointment, so I had to get proper espresso at the bar. They also refused an hour-late checkout. Sadly, we wouldn’t stay again.
