Finca Predio Son Serra Hotel

Felipe was the standout for us, always available, polite, kind, and professional. Even at 2:30 in the morning, he dealt with a bathtub faucet problem right away, and we even took a selfie to joke about it. Iryna and her staff were accommodating to our group of 21 too. The finca is enormous, peaceful, and has free parking. The restaurant is cozy and serves good food, including dishes on request outside the main menu and à la carte options. Breakfast has a wide variety, and the pool is clean, tidy, and spacious. It's well worth the trip, and I warmly recommend it.

Birds sing all day and crickets take over at night, and the lovely setting makes this a great place for a family or group. The pool is beautiful, the food was delicious every day, and the chef was amazing during our stay. Rooms were clean and nice, and Felipe was always there if we needed help. The staff did a great job making our stay enjoyable. The two kittens were a lovely bonus, curling up on you whenever they got the chance. The beach, with its beautiful blue water and sand, is a 10 minute drive away.

It's okay overall, but there's not much to do there. The pool is old but still fine, though there aren't enough sunbeds for everyone. Parking is far from the room, so you have to carry your things by hand.

The location worked perfectly for us. Although the finca is a little out of the way and you need a car, you can reach the lovely places in the north within an hour, and Palma is about 45 minutes away. Platja de Muro is only a 10-minute drive. We spent four nights here and were glad we chose it. It’s quiet and cozy, with an atmosphere that feels quite different from the busy tourist areas. Mr Suessmann welcomed us himself, and every staff member was friendly and courteous. They took care of everything we needed, and the hospitality was outstanding. Our room was clean and tidy, with air conditioning, a fridge, and a safe we could use for free. Pool towels were provided, and the pool was a nice place to relax. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including fruit, different breads, and eggs made to order. You can also have dinner there, with a freshly prepared three-course menu by a great chef from Germany. I’d happily recommend staying here, even for a longer holiday.
