Getting in with access codes was straightforward, but there was no key handover or direct contact with the owner. The place is very quiet for sleeping, perfectly located, and very clean. The apartment is nice, the beds are comfortable, and the temperature was good. Still, there was a strong musty smell, and we found a fairly large damp patch under the sink. The kitchen was short on basics. There were no dishcloths or rags for cleaning the table, counter, or stovetop, so we had to use a towel to dry things and buy a dishcloth. The scouring pad had been cut in half and was barely big enough to hold between two fingers. There wasn’t much kitchenware either. The boiler also leaks quite a bit when switched on. Otherwise, the apartment is fine.

We dealt with them entirely by phone, and the apartment was very clean and well located. We’ll stay again another time. Parking on the weekend is the only drawback, but if you’re patient, you can find a spot.

We’re delighted with these apartments. They’re really cozy and so well soundproofed that you can’t hear a thing. I highly recommend them.
8/10
The location makes up for the difficulty of parking nearby. This fully equipped, renovated apartment is right in the heart of Oviedo, with spacious, comfortable beds and easy check-in. It’s on a lively street, so holidays can bring some noise, though the soundproofing is quite good. The entrance is on a pedestrian street.

The terrace was lovely for breakfast and lunch, and even during the festivities we couldn’t hear a thing inside. The location and soundproofing are both 100% recommendable. When the TV remote broke, the kind gentleman who ran the place replaced it. Everything was perfect. Thank you!
