The location is fantastic, near the beach, good restaurants like Nu, and car rental places. The staff were kind and helpful. Mari at reception was so genuinely warm and helpful, and Antonio the bartender was amazing too. Thank you both! 😎❤️ This is a great fit for families with kids. If you're with friends and don't like crying babies, it might not be your dream spot, though it was still manageable for us. The breakfast kitchen was quite loud. The waiter was energetic and friendly, but handled cutlery like he was playing a percussion solo 😅 At least that helped drown out the screaming kids 😂 We spent five lovely days here and were really happy with our stay. Kids will be kids, but next time we might choose an Adults Only place for a different vibe.

The hotel is in an ideal spot, just five minutes from the sea, and the rooms were spacious and clean. We had a family holiday with the children a week ago and loved everything. The unlimited brunch had lots to choose from, and it was all delicious. We're delighted, and grateful to the hotel staff for a wonderful holiday!

The hotel says on its website that it has air conditioning, but it's not always available, sometimes there's only heating. My room was 30 degrees at night even with the window open and the heating off. The manager wouldn't offer a solution and basically told me, “bad luck.”

We were very happy with our second room. It was quiet and spacious. On our first day we asked reception to move us, and they took the request seriously and made it happen even though the hotel was fully booked. Our son loved the mini club. Erika is kind and patient, and has lots of activities for the kids, especially cookie baking. He wanted to see her every day, which meant we could relax by the pool while he played in the playroom. We also enjoyed the pool and the afternoon DJ sessions. Evenings are quiet. Marga at the bar is lovely, kind and generous, especially with our son, who loved spending time with her whenever she had a free minute. All the women on the service team were attentive and found extra kind ways to make him feel welcome. You can have breakfast or brunch at the restaurant until 13.00, and the bar has snacks like bowls and pizza at very reasonable prices. It's easy to spend the day by the pool without needing to go elsewhere. The beach is just a few minutes away on foot. There are restaurants and an ice cream café along the way, plus lots of shops and mini markets nearby. We definitely recommend HSM Lago Park for families!
