The price wasn't too high for a group of that size, but I left disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep. Nobody had cleaned at all, the old kitchen and furniture smelled of grease, and the patio was neglected. The owners only sent generic replies, so dealing with them felt impersonal. The photos also gave a misleading impression of the house's age. We saw several large cockroaches.
